 Product characteristics

     Er5000a / B is a medium temperature curing epoxy resin packaging material, which has good transparency, simple operation process and excellent UV resistance. It is mainly used in the insulation packaging of LED, flat tube, lattice module and other light-emitting components.

1) preheat agent a in an oven at 60-70 ℃ for more than 4 hours (agent A shall not be preheated for more than 24 hours);

2) mix agent a and agent B according to the weight ratio of 1:1 and mix evenly;

3) preheat AB mixture at 60 ℃ for 5-10 minutes;

4) defoaming of AB mixture;


5) after the AB mixture is filled and sealed to the reflecting cover, the vacuumizing time is 15-20 minutes (please adjust the time according to the structure of the kit, and it is recommended to keep the temperature of the vacuum box at 50-55 ℃);

Matters needing attention

1) when batching, please note that the error of the proportion shall not exceed ± 2%. If the material B is too little, it will directly cause the led to turn yellow, TG point temperature is low, and if the material B is too much, it will cause the led to be brittle. In the mixing process, if the A / b material is not stirred evenly enough, a large number of bubbles will be generated during the curing process and the phenomenon that the yellow part of the light-emitting tube does not turn yellow will occur.
2) when proportioning, we suggest that the total amount of each compounding should not exceed 2kg. Because the exothermic chemical reaction will occur after the epoxy resin and curing agent are mixed, the more the total weight of compounding, the more likely the A / B component will cause the curing reaction. In order to avoid the curing reaction when using the prepared a / b material, our company suggests that we should pay attention to the weight of the material and the preheating temperature of the material.
3) the main agent er5000a and curing agent er51000b will react slowly after mixing, so that the viscosity will gradually increase. Therefore, it is necessary to use them up within the service time to avoid being unable to use them due to high viscosity.
4) after filling, please bake as soon as possible (45-60 minutes after filling is the best), so as to avoid slow drying and embrittlement caused by surface moisture absorption. In the case of humid weather, it is recommended that the customer use dehumidification equipment to keep the humidity of the workshop at about 70% so as to avoid bad absorption of colloid.
5) the main agent er5000a can be heated to reduce viscosity to facilitate defoaming after mixing, but when the temperature is too high, the service time will be shortened (the best preheating temperature is 60 ℃)
6) the curing agent er5000b is anhydrides, which can absorb water in the air to form carboxylic acid precipitates. Therefore, please cover it immediately after use to avoid deterioration.
7) if it is necessary to add a diffusing agent, the amount of curing agent shall be increased appropriately, which is half of the diffusing dose, for example, a: B: et1000 = 100:105:10.
