Product features
This product is a water-based cleaning agent, which can quickly remove the residual welding spots, polishing wax, stamping grease, metal oxide scale and other contaminants after polishing and welding the stainless steel surface, making the surface of the material cleaner and brighter.  It is widely used in the production process of stainless steel products such as golf equipment, stainless steel electrical appliances, and stainless steel mechanical parts.

Usage method
High efficiency cleaning agent for stainless steel welding spot can meet the requirements of immersion and ultrasonic cleaning. Different methods can be adopted according to the size of the object to be cleaned, the degree of dirt, the required cleanliness, cost, etc
1) ultrasonic continuous cleaning mode
A. add the cleaning agent into the cleaning device according to the determined use proportion (generally 5% - 8%), and mix evenly;
B. stack the cleaning objects evenly in the cleaning frame according to the specified quantity, and place the cleaning frame at the automatic inlet of the cleaning machine;
C. start the cleaning device, and carry out cleaning according to the cleaning procedure and process determined by the test (including rinsing, drying, etc.);
D. if the detergent consumption is large, it can be used after adding a certain amount of detergent properly, and replace the new detergent thoroughly if necessary;
E. follow up procedures shall be implemented according to the production process requirements of the cleaned materials, workpieces and parts;
2) non batch intermittent cleaning mode
A. add the cleaning agent into the cleaning device or container according to the specified amount, and mix evenly;
B. put the cleaned object into the detergent according to the specified quantity;
C. the cleaning mode can be immersion, manual brushing, scrubbing, or spray auxiliary machine washing;
D. follow up procedures shall be implemented according to the production process of the cleaned articles;
