一、Product characteristics

Acid flux, excellent activity. The property is close to TBS 6 flux. It is suitable for the electrode group casting and welding of lead-acid batteries such as medium and small density lead-acid batteries and electric vehicles. The battery products produced with this flux maintain stable voltage and good consistency in use.

 It is suitable for group welding of lead antimony, lead calcium and lead multielement alloy plates. The product can be used for welding of casting welding machine and manual welding of the casting flux. It is suitable for welding or mutual welding of stainless steel, iron, nickel and other metals.

五、Usage method

    The flux is applied directly to the electrode ears and then immersed in the lead furnace for a time depending on the temperature of the lead furnace. When coating, only the flux shall be applied to the position to be welded, and the flux shall not be applied to the non immersed position.

   This product is very corrosive, do not contact without any protective equipment.
