Product Brief
Gasified flux is a kind of colorless, transparent and Volatile Neutral flammable liquid, which can be mixed with gas and acetylene. When burning in the flame, it will decompose active substances to remove the oxide film of metal, and at the same time, it will form a protective film on the surface to prevent the reoxidation of metal surface. Ensure that there is no burning and flame leakage in the weld bead, and fill the weld bead with clean, bright, uniform and dense appearance, so as to obtain a good welding effect.  Usage method 

Add flux to a special tank (flux generator). The gas cylinder is connected to the gas cylinder through the hose, and the other end (outlet) is connected to the welding torch through the hose, so the welding can be carried out. Suitable for automatic and manual brazing.

(1) the liquid solvent is a mixed chemical product, and the flux carried by the automatic flame is colorless, transparent, volatile and flammable, which can be mixed with the gas to form the mixed steam and generate the welding aid components during combustion for welding protection.
(2) do not operate the solvent machine when the oxygen pressure is greater than 0.85mpa or the gas pressure is greater than 0.085mpa
(3) the flux is a volatile and flammable liquid, which shall be at least 8m away from the flame when used.
(4) the standard backflow free valve (anti tempering valve) shall be used for the gas line between the flux and the torch
