     High activity flux. It is suitable for brazing process of automobile air conditioner, intercooler, condenser, evaporator, water tank and various aluminum radiators.

  Application scope

     Suitable for brazing of aluminum and aluminum alloy. It is applicable to all kinds of brazing methods such as gas protection furnace or low temperature flame, brazing pure aluminum, aluminum manganese and other alloys. The brazing surface is bright and clean without blackening, forming uniform film, corrosion-free and anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation, non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free, long-term storage without moisture absorption and agglomeration. The melting temperature of noncorrosive aluminum brazing flux is relatively narrow, about 550 ℃. Especially at present, most of the domestic automobile air conditioners, aluminum condensers and aluminum radiators are the most ideal welding solvents.

Flux / water = 1 / 10 ~ 20 (weight ratio) is applied or sprayed on the surface of the workpiece, and then welded in the furnace.
