  Application scope

      It is suitable for brazing copper, copper alloy, stainless steel, nickel alloy, cemented carbide, diamond polycrystalline sheet and other materials at 550-850 ℃ with silver base brazing filler metal. It is suitable for flame, resistance, induction, high frequency, furnace and other brazing methods. Application fields: Refrigeration accessories, compressors, stone cutting tools, woodworking tools, automobile accessories, spectacle frames, jewelry, electrical appliances, hardware tools, etc.

 Usage method

    1) preparation before welding: in order to achieve the best brazing effect, the contact surface of the brazed joint shall be cleaned by mechanical or chemical methods to ensure the thorough removal of oxides or organic matters. The end surface of the joint shall not be too rough, and shall not adhere to metal particles and other dirt. The stainless steel surface shall not be brushed with a wire brush.

    2) welding operation: adjust the silver welding powder to paste with pure water, and then apply it to the welding junction of the workpiece, or heat the filler metal first and then use the adhesive welding powder. The weld gap shall not be too large, generally 0.01-0.05mm. During flame brazing, neutral flame is usually used, and direct heating of solder and flux by flame shall be avoided as far as possible during operation.

   

3) post welding treatment: the residue after welding can be soaked in hot water or 10% citric acid. If the surface appearance requirement of the workpiece is not high, it is free of cleaning.
