This product is a single component self drying transparent paint with acrylic resin as the main body. It has the effect of self drying at room temperature and high temperature. It is suitable for electronic components and high-end circuit board products that cannot be baked at high temperature. The product also has excellent electrical performance and high and low temperature resistance. It has the functions of insulation, high temperature resistance, dustproof, waterproof, moisture-proof, shockproof, salt fog proof, aging proof and electricity leakage proof. The product has passed ROHS certification.

Application scope

This product is widely used for coating and impregnation of various high-end transformers, IC chips, assembled circuit boards, etc., so that the coated products can be fully protected, thus greatly extending the service life and improving the service stability of electronic products. It is especially suitable for use in coastal areas and places with poor environment.

1) this product is easy to operate and suitable for brush coating, spray coating and dip coating.

2) the coating operation shall be carried out under good ventilation and exhaust conditions to prevent contact with open fire.

3) when the ambient air pressure is low and the humidity is high, the circuit board and components shall be baked in an oven at 60 ℃ for 30 minutes. Remove the moisture, take out the coating while it is hot, the paint film will be bright and the effect will be better.

4) tools used on the operation site must be kept dry and clean. No contact with water, dust, etc. during coating.

5) this product can be directly used in construction. If you need to adjust the paint thinness, please adjust it with our special thinner (spray: protective paint 1:0.5 thinner, brush, dip: protective paint 1:0.2 thinner). When the amount of diluent is large, the viscosity of paint becomes small and the film becomes thin; otherwise, the viscosity of paint is large and the film is thick.
