Product features
The deinking agent is prepared from a plurality of organic substances, surfactants and inorganic substances, can effectively remove various ink layers on the surface layer of the optical lens, and is specially developed for removing poor screen printing or ink protection of mobile phone lenses. After screen printing, ink on the glass surface needs to be removed. The deinking agent is safe and non-corrosive to lenses made of various materials, and is easy to clean in post-processing procedures.

Application range
Suitable for cleaning glass, plexiglass, optical glass, flat glass, camera lens, glasses lens, sapphire glass, etc.  The ink printed on the glass surface can be quickly removed without corrosion to the glass lens itself.  Especially for different types of ink, it is difficult to completely remove ink at one time.  And mirror silver logo and other mirror rare metal logo can be effectively and completely removed, thus greatly improving efficiency and saving cost.

Application guide
When the stock solution is used, the glass to be deinked is put into a tank filled with pure stock solution to be soaked, heated to 85-120 DEG C, the product to be treated is immersed in the solution for 5-30 minutes, and the silk-screen printing ink on the glass is taken out and washed with clear water after the silk-screen printing ink on the glass completely falls off the surface of the glass.  With the increase of the treatment area, the PH of the stock solution decreases and becomes invalid gradually. When the ink cannot be completely removed after 30 minutes of treatment, a new stock solution needs to be replaced.  The used waste deinking liquor can be mixed with water (waste acid liquor is recommended) for dilution and then discharged to the wastewater treatment station through pipelines.
