Product features
This product is a one-component self-drying transparent paint with acrylic resin as the main body. It has the effect of self-drying at normal temperature and high temperature. It is suitable for electronic components and high-end circuit board products that cannot be baked at high temperature. The product also has excellent electrical properties and high and low temperature resistance. It has the functions of insulation, high temperature resistance, dustproof, waterproof, moistureproof, shockproof, salt fog prevention, aging prevention and leakage prevention. The product has passed RoHS certification.

Matters needing attention
1) This product is easy to operate and suitable for brushing, spraying and dipping.
2) The coating operation shall be carried out under good ventilation conditions to prevent contact with open flame.
3) When the ambient air pressure is low and the humidity is high, the circuit board, components, etc. shall be placed in a 60℃ oven and baked for 30 minutes. Remove moisture and take out the coating when it is hot, the paint film will be bright and have better effect.
4) Tools used at the operation site must be kept dry and clean. Contact with water, dust, etc. is forbidden during coating.
5) This product can be used directly for construction. If you need to adjust the paint thinness, please adjust it with our special thinner (spraying: protective paint 1: 0.5 thinner, brushing and dipping: protective paint 1:0.2 thinner). The addition amount of diluent is large, the viscosity of paint becomes small, and the paint film becomes thin. On the contrary, the paint has high viscosity and thick film.
