Product features
Environmentally friendly solvent (oily) release agent.  It is suitable for external demoulding of LED, with good demoulding performance and no influence on transparency and appearance.

Application guide
1) Pre-preparation: Before applying mold release agent, the mold surface should be cleaned in advance to remove stains, oil stains and moisture.  Make sure the surface is clean and dry.
2) coating: brush coating and spray coating can be used according to the coating methods adopted by various manufacturers, especially spray coating is preferred, and a flat film layer can be obtained on the surface of the mold, and the coating amount is subject to obtaining a complete and compact film layer on the surface of the mold.  After coating, wait for the solvent to volatilize before pouring the material to solidify.  Never pour materials before solvent volatilizes, which may lead to product size changes and appearance defects.  Preheating the mold before and after coating can effectively improve the production efficiency.
Brush coating: coating-demoulding-cleaning-coating.
Spray: coating-demoulding-coating.  In the automatic continuous production process, the coating can be directly and repeatedly applied without cleaning. In this way, each manufacturer should set the coating times according to the actual situation to prevent the product size from changing.
