I. Product Features
This product uses imported casting and welding components, reducing the corrosion of traditional water-based flux and effectively avoiding the corrosion of the mold.  The performance is close to that of TBS No.6 flux, which is suitable for electrode group casting and welding in lead-acid batteries, large density lead-acid batteries, electric vehicles and other lead-acid batteries.

● Excellent activity, quick reaction with lead compounds such as lead oxide and lead carbonate, and strong activation capability on the surface of lead and its alloy;
● Greatly improve the welding quality. Obvious reverse triangle creeping welding appears at the contact part between the pole ear and the bus bar to avoid chipping and false welding.
III. Scope of Application
Suitable for lead antimony, lead calcium and lead multi-element alloy plate grid electrode plate group welding.

V. methods of use
The flux is directly coated on the lugs and then immersed in the lead furnace for a period of time depending on the temperature of the lead furnace.  During coating, only the soldering flux needs to be applied to the position to be welded, and no soldering flux is allowed to be applied to the non-immersed position.
Vi. matters needing attention
This product solidifies at low temperature. It needs to be heated above the freezing point to become liquid before use. Do not contact it without any protective equipment.
