EL6000Water-based flux for lead-acid battery

I. Product Features
Acid flux has excellent activity.  The performance is close to TBS 6 flux.  It is suitable for the casting and welding of electrode groups in lead-acid batteries such as medium and small density lead-acid batteries and electric vehicles. The battery products produced by using the flux have stable voltage and good consistency during use.

● Excellent activity, quick reaction with lead compounds such as lead oxide and lead carbonate, and strong activation capability on the surface of lead and its alloy;
● Surface residue after welding can be washed with water;
● Greatly improve welding quality and avoid chipping and false welding;
● Minimize the contact resistance of welding parts and improve the service life and performance of lead-acid batteries.  Especially for large current starting performance.
III. Scope of Application
Suitable for lead antimony, lead calcium and lead multi-element alloy plate grid electrode plate group welding.  The product can be used for casting welding machine welding, also can be used for manual welding of the casting flux, and is suitable for welding or mutual welding of stainless steel, iron, nickel and other metals.
